In spite of the fact that the facility only had partial power, i received excellent service, prompt and efficient. I have dealt with lunghammer for 40+ years and have had good experiences with their service departments. I know the chevy lunghammer service manager personally and his father before him. Excellent guys. Keep up the good work. I also recently purchased a new 2019 GMC Canyon Denali in 2020, and love it. I am a retired gm worker, with 44 years of experience and my family have always been gm customers.

I contacted the sales rep that had been sending me emails updates. She had a sales agent contact me from the dealership. I told him what vehicle, lease terms and lease payment I was looking for and when I needed to pick up the vehicle. Damone listened to what I needed and made the experience seamless and everything was ready to go when I walked into the dealership! Excellent customer service! Very happy with my new GM Terrain.
