Between Steve and Neil and my saleswoman Candace Smith I can’t be more satisfied

This is the second vehicle we have purchased with Dimone’s help. He is so very knowledgeable about the vehicles at Lunghamer’s in Waterford.

Service dept is the best. To be even better figure out a way for the Customer to get a free car wash. Give a coupon to use at Fosters car wash, which is a few blocks from the dealership.

Alex was extremely helpful and worked with us on delivery. We live 75 miles from the dealer and they were kind enough to deliver to our home! We are very pleased with our experience.

Neal looked at my cupholder and said he would like a technician to look at it at the next appointment he scheduled.I came back and they have to order a new part.

Great buying experience. I drove to dealership from Pittsburgh, PA to buy the vehicle. We worked on the deal and agreed on final deal prior to my arrival. Nothing changed when I arrived. Truck was prepped and ready to go - trade in value was as we discussed and was a super easy transaction. Demone was a pleasure to work with on the sales side and Jennifer made the transaction smooth and quick with financing and title work. Highly recommend - I but vehicles often out of state and this was one of the best and smoothest transactions!!!
