Very timely. Steve was very nice

Made my appointment. They were right on time. In and out in under an hour! Was perfect.

I went to another dealership, they told me it was a 5-7 day wait to get my check engine iight diagnosed. Also I had to leave it for that 5-7 days, to keep my place in line. I came into Lunghamer GMC on Friday, Steve told me it would be looked at later that day or Monday. On Monday, I think late morning, Steve called and told me what needed to be done. Steve called me a few hours later to tell that my vehicle was ready. Thank you Steve and Lunghamer GMC, I will be back.

Once again, Dylan was an attentive, helpful, and thorough service representative. Tires weee ordered and received quickly, and Dylan secured a loaner vehicle for me to use until the work was completed.

Battery replacement was completed quickly.

The wrong part was delivered for a recall I needed taken care of. I have to come back in a week which is extremely inconvenient.
