A truck can be anything from a weekend adventurer to a 9-to-5 workhorse. To choose the best truck for you, we’re stacking up two of our favorites: the GMC Sierra and GMC Canyon. Lunghamer Buick GMC is highlighting both GMC trucks to help you choose your favorite.

Power and Performance

The 2025 GMC Canyon uses a TurboMax™ engine to deliver up to 310 horsepower and a class-leading 430 lb-ft of standard torque. The 2025 GMC Sierra features the same robust power, although it offers multiple additional options. The top of the range is the available 6.2-liter V8 engine, which generates up to 420 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque.

Versatile Truck Bed

The 2025 GMC Sierra is available with a GMC CarbonPro™ composite bed, which is a scratch and dent resistant surface that provides a class-leading short bed cargo volume of 63.9 cubic feet and includes 12 tie-downs. It’s also available with the world’s first six-function GMC MultiPro™ Tailgate, which makes loading and unloading a breeze.  The 2025 GMC Canyon is available with a first-in-class MultiStow™ Tailgate, which includes an integrated storage system with an included drain, and features eight standard tie-downs.

Easy-to-Command Cabins

There are over 40 inches of driver-focused digital displays available in the 2025 GMC Sierra, which is more than any other truck in its class. It’s available with a 13.4-inch center touchscreen, which houses the latest GMC infotainment system with available Google built-in compatibilities. The 2025 GMC Canyon features an expansive 11.3-inch center touchscreen, as well as a first-in-class 6.3-inch multicolor Head-Up Display.
